The Young Adult Ministry at Nazareth Lutheran seeks to create Christ-centered community within the greater body of Christ through fellowship, service, and study of God’s Word.  For more information, email youngadults@naz.org or follow "Young Adults at NAZ" on Facebook.

Nazareth recognizes the importance of reaching out to those in our community who have special needs so that they may continue to learn more about God's word and to grow in their faith in Christ.

A Bible Study for learners of all ages with special needs using the Lifeway Curriculum Jerusalem is offered on Sunday mornings from 9:50-10:50 a.m. in Room 156.  Join leader Brooke Brinker as she illustrates God's love and introduces Bible concepts through photographs, Biblical teaching pictures, activities, and stories that will help class members apply the Bible to their own lives.  Class members will be encouraged to understand how God's presence can be seen in their lives and what it truly means to be a Christian.

The Bible Study Features:

  • Weekly Bible stories written at a simplified reading level.
  • Teaching pictures to help with the presentation of the Bible story.
  • Bible verse of the week.
  • Real-life stories.

With questions or to sign up, contact NAZ Director of Discipleship, Jenny Nelson, at jenny.nelson@naz.org.

At Nazareth, we recognize the wealth of experience and wisdom possessed by our senior adult members. That’s why we offer opportunities for senior adults to use their skills, insights, and talents in service to others.  Through these activities and many more, mature adults at Nazareth live out their desire to serve Christ by serving others.

Love Gifts Support Kits & Quilts

Love Gifts offer Nazareth members and friends the opportunity to support Kits & Quilts and Lutheran World Relief. Working together, these two groups provide basic necessities to people in need throughout the world. Love Gifts will help fund the purchase of materials for health kits, school kits, sewing kits, and baby care kits and will help pay LWR shipping costs.

Love Gifts can be purchased in increments of $5. When you purchase a Love Gift, you will receive a gift card that can be given to your loved one. The card explains the purpose of the Love Gift and lets the recipient know that the gift given in their name will touch the life of someone in need. You can purchase Love Gifts from Membership Secretary Deb Rhoades in the church office.  To learn more about Love Gifts, click here.
